And all of it again for every post. The company runs an operations app with 40K+ users across 10 apartment projects. Every announcement had to be posted separately for each project through its own form: about 3 minutes each, so 30 minutes per post, before resizing a single image or rewriting a line. I built an automation that works directly in the app's admin. Paste the Facebook link, and it rewrites, resizes and posts to all 10 projects in about 3 minutes.Công ty có app quản lý vận hành với 40k+ user, chia thành 10 dự án. To improve the app, the software vendor quoted almost 200M VND. Getting MEE THAI's revenue out of the POS software meant opening it, opening the report, waiting, then picking one day at a time (7 times for one week) and totalling it in Excel. When the boss asked whether a promotion worked, like a signature-dish week, we downloaded the week before and the promo week, then sorted both dish by dish. I wrote a process that lets AI connect to the POS and pull the data directly, so reports and analysis are real-time with none of the steps in between. Revenue also lands in the tracking sheet at 09:00 every day.Mỗi ngày, muốn lấy doanh thu MEE THAI phải mở phần mềm POS, bấm vào báo cáo, đợi báo cáo load.
